　　一、轉(zhuǎn)變課堂教學模式

　　有人認為歷史是一門老師好教、學生好學的學科。對于學生來說，不需要有什么基礎，只要認真學習就不會有太大的問題。但是在現(xiàn)實教學中我所面臨的問題是：有的學生不愛學，學的不認真、不積極，惰性極強。面對這種情況，我在上課時靈活運用“五步短動式教學法”，將課堂分解為“看一看”、“說一說”、“聽一聽”、“議一議”、“練一練”五個環(huán)節(jié)，穿插于整節(jié)課,使師生之間一直處于互動狀態(tài)，盡量提高學生注意力。敢于放手，注意培養(yǎng)學生的各方面能力，把大部分的講授時間交還給學生使用,發(fā)揮學生的`主體作用。在課堂上不

　　為了能夠給所有學生提供平等的學習機會，我們特別注重創(chuàng)造條件和機會，讓那些遇到學習困難的學生有更多參與課堂學習的機會。我們致力于幫助他們重新獲得自信，并嘗試成功后所帶來的喜悅，從而再次點燃他們對學習的興趣。

　　二、小組評價機制滲透到課堂內(nèi)外

　　課堂上組織學生以學習小組為單位參與學習，回答問題即可得到相應的分數(shù)，然后把分數(shù)統(tǒng)計作為評選“優(yōu)秀小組”的依據(jù)。尤其對一些學困生，我往往采用學困生答對問題加雙倍分，幫助他們樹立自信心，不放棄學習。利用小組評價機制也打破了課堂沉悶、死板的狀態(tài)，激發(fā)了學生主動學習的熱情。我還把小組評價機制沿用到課后的作業(yè)和知識點背誦的檢查中。在作業(yè)中，書寫工整、規(guī)范并且及時改錯的就給予加分;而對于那些不認真完成作業(yè)、不及時改錯的就減分，并鼓勵他們在課堂上通過積極參與課堂將因為自己所丟的分數(shù)賺回來。在知識點背誦的檢查中，凡是按照老師要求全組同學都背誦完的就給予加分，班上第一個背誦完的小組給予雙倍加分。大大提升了學生學習的積極性。通過一個學期的實踐，證明小組評價機制的運用是行之有效的。

　　三、重視學生興趣的培養(yǎng)

　　“愛好是最好的導師”，沒有興趣，學習就會成為負擔。有了興趣，學習就成為一種需求，就學得輕松愉快，動力無窮。歷史課是一門非常有趣的科目，一節(jié)優(yōu)秀的歷史課應該設法將生動、鮮活的歷史呈現(xiàn)在學生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌輸和強迫學生死記那些歷史知識。在我進行歷史教學時，經(jīng)常運用多媒體教學手段，播放一些紀錄片、電影資料或相關(guān)的歌曲，創(chuàng)造歷史情境，讓學生置身其中，激發(fā)他們對歷史的學習興趣。例如，在講授《鄭和下西洋》時，我播放了一段紀錄片資料，不需要深入解釋，學生就能理解這個部分的主要內(nèi)容。在講授《蒙古的建立及元朝的統(tǒng)一》中的“行省制”時，通過課件演示將抽象的內(nèi)容具體化，調(diào)動學生的各種感觀，加強對知識的掌握。學生對歷史產(chǎn)生了興趣，課堂上所講的知識會更加深刻，提高了學習效果。

　　構(gòu)建歷史知識體系有助于厘清歷史知識的線索，使其更具系統(tǒng)性和條理性，從而提升學生的學習成績。因此，在我講授新課時，我非常注重與舊知識點的關(guān)聯(lián)，并重視引導學生構(gòu)建自己的“歷史知識體系”，力求讓他們形成每一課、每一個單元以及整本書的獨特的知識體系。這樣，在復習時，學生的思路將更加清晰明了，能夠節(jié)省大量時間，顯著提高學習效率。

　　在過去的教育教學工作中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己存在諸多不足之處。然而，在未來的教學中，我將堅持不斷努力和探索，積累寶貴經(jīng)驗，以進一步提升我的教學水平，幫助學生成績更上一層樓。感謝大家！
